About Me

My name is Janis Dunning

A massive hug to you for finding your way here. Several years ago, I found myself as a 30 something mum of 2, who had zero identity as an individual. I'd forgotten to take care of myself, to love myself and this took a serious toll.

After a near breakdown, I began the journey of self love and discovery. It's been a long road and at first I didn't even know where to start. Then I thought 'screw that' and entered what I call my Playful Goddess Era. And I'm telling you, it's a great place to be.

It began with becoming a yoga instructor and developing some of my own interests again. Now here I am helping others to find inspiration and empowerment within themselves.

I am on the ever evolving path of returning to myself as a person and living my life purpose so fully my dreams are chasing me.
